GREYWARE Privacy Policy

The Short Version

GREYWARE keeps your data on your device. There is no account and no sign-in, and we use no analytics, advertising, or third-party trackers. The game is fully playable offline. The only thing that ever leaves your device is feedback you choose to send us — and only if you send it.

What's Stored On Your Device

• Your game progress and saves (your base, campaign progress, resources, and unlocks).
• Your settings (audio, haptics, and similar preferences).

This information is saved locally on your device. It is never sent to us. Deleting the app removes it.

Game Saves (iCloud)

If you have iCloud enabled, your progress is backed up to your own iCloud account so it syncs across your devices. This data stays within Apple's iCloud and your device — it is never sent to us or anyone else, and it is governed by Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy.

Game Center (Optional)

If you sign in to Game Center, leaderboards and achievements are handled by Apple's Game Center service under Apple's privacy policy. This is optional. We do not receive your Game Center identity or personal information.

In-App Purchases

Purchases (such as gem packs) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles all payment information; we never see or store your payment details. The app stores only what you've unlocked, on your device.

Feedback You Send (Optional)

If you use the SEND FEEDBACK option in the game's settings, the message you write is sent to us, along with basic technical details that help us act on it: the app version and build, your iOS version, your device model (for example "iPhone16,2"), and your language setting. If you add your email address — which is optional and clearly marked — we use it only to reply to you, and for nothing else. We never send your game progress, your saves, your settings, or anything else from the app. If you leave the email field blank, your feedback is anonymous. Feedback is stored in a private database that only we can read; it is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. Email us at toddkedwards@gmail.com if you would like a piece of feedback deleted.

No Tracking

We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, or third-party trackers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Children

GREYWARE is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region) and does not knowingly collect their data.

Your Choices

• Delete the app to erase all locally stored data.
• Ask us to delete feedback you sent, by emailing toddkedwards@gmail.com.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and post the new version.
