Never lose a face.

Everkin

A private, on-device iPhone app that helps you recognize the people you love — when memory loss makes a familiar face feel like a stranger.

Coming to iPhone

Why Everkin

When memory fades, even the people closest to you can start to feel like strangers.

A parent who no longer places their own child's face. A grandparent unsure who just walked in. For families living with Alzheimer's, dementia, or memory loss, that moment of not-knowing is one of the hardest there is — for everyone in the room. Everkin gives you a gentle, private way to hold onto those faces, and the closeness that comes with them.

Who it's for

Made for the people who need it most.

🕊️

Living with memory loss

For those facing Alzheimer's, dementia, or memory loss — a calm, one-tap way to know who's in front of them, and stay connected to the people they love.

❤️

Families & caregivers

Set it up once with the people who matter. Then worry a little less — knowing a familiar face is never more than a glance away.

👁️

Face blindness

For anyone with prosopagnosia — face blindness — Everkin quietly names the people you've saved, so recognition isn't left to memory alone.

How it works

Lift your phone, and know them again.

1

Point

Hold your phone toward someone. That's the whole gesture — nothing to learn, nothing to remember.

2

Recognize

A calm scan settles over their face. If they're someone you've saved, a gentle chime, a soft buzz, and their name on screen.

3

Remember

Their name and how you know them, spoken softly aloud. “This is Sarah. Your daughter.”

See it in action

One calm screen. Nothing to learn.

Lift the phone. A gentle scan settles over their face. Then their name, spoken softly aloud.

Why it matters

More than a name. A moment of connection.

Recognition, restored

The quiet joy of knowing a beloved face again — and the closeness that comes rushing back with it.

🌿

Dignity, kept intact

No awkward pause, no having to ask. A discreet, gentle prompt that lets your loved one stay independent.

🛡️

Peace of mind

For the whole family — the reassurance that the people who matter are never truly out of reach.

Grows with you

Add someone just by speaking.

See a face Everkin doesn't know yet? Add them on the spot — no typing, no menus.

  • Everkin asks aloud, “What's their name?” — you simply say it.
  • Then, “How do you know them?” You answer, it confirms, it's saved.
  • Anyone added by voice is quietly flagged for a caregiver to review, so the details stay right.

The promise

Every face stays on your phone.

These are the most personal photos a family has. So Everkin keeps them where they belong — with you.

On-device
All recognition runs on your iPhone.
No cloud
Your photos and people are never uploaded or synced.
No account
No sign-up, no email, no login.
Works offline
Recognition runs with no connection at all.

Everkin recognizes only the people you choose to add, everyone else is simply unknown. It's a memory aid for the people you love, never a way to identify strangers. The only things that ever leave your phone are the one-time unlock purchase and feedback a caregiver chooses to send us, never a photo, a face, or anything Everkin recognizes.

Questions

Everything you might be wondering.

Who is Everkin for?

Anyone who struggles to recognize familiar faces — people living with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other memory loss, their families, and their caregivers. It also helps people with face blindness (prosopagnosia).

How does Everkin recognize someone?

You add the people who matter with a photo and a few words. When you point your phone at one of them, Everkin matches the face entirely on your device and shows their name and how you know them — spoken softly aloud.

Is my family's data private?

Your family's faces stay on your iPhone. All recognition happens on device, your photos are never uploaded, and they're kept out of backups too. The app uses the internet only for the one-time App Store unlock and an optional feedback form a caregiver can send, never for a photo, a face, or anything it recognizes.

Does it need internet or an account?

No account and no sign-in, and recognition works fully offline. The app uses the internet only for the one-time purchase that unlocks it and the optional feedback form, which sends only the words a caregiver types.

Does it really work?

Yes. Recognition runs with a dedicated on-device face model, and it only ever names people you've saved — everyone else is simply unknown. It's deliberately tuned to never guess.

Is Everkin a medical device?

No. Everkin is a gentle memory aid, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace medical care.
