By using Pitchbird you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Pitchbird is a tool for practicing vocal pitch and ear training. It is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.

Not medical advice

Pitchbird is not a medical or therapeutic service and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Stop and rest if singing causes vocal strain or discomfort, and consult a qualified professional for vocal health concerns.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.

Purchases

Pitchbird Pro is an in-app purchase that unlocks Pro features. Purchases are processed and billed by Apple under the App Store terms; refunds are handled by Apple. Pro features may evolve over time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Content & IP

The app, its design, and its content are owned by Pitchbird and protected by applicable laws. Your practice data belongs to you.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
